It is possible to return the purchased jewel, notifying the reason for the return within 14 days of receiving the order to the email address [email protected].
The purchased items must be returned intact, including packaging and possibly with the original packaging.
The return shipment will be paid by the customer and must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order.
Once the goods are received, they will be assessed if intact and if so, a refund will be made within 5 days.
